Chart Dynamics delivers accurate, secure, and easy to use transcription services via the Internet. We offer several service options including choice of turn around times and processing locations. Completed transcription files can be downloaded, archived for future reference by Chart Dynamics, or integrated into the customer's EMR system. Chart Dynamics also provides secure report faxing and forwarding services. Chart Dynamics transcription services start at just 9 cents per line.

How do we define a line?

Line definitions can vary greatly between vendors. When comparing solution costs, it is important to make sure you know how a line is being calculated. Chart Dynamics uses a very simple and straight forward line definition. We define a line as any 65 consecutive characters and /or spaces, regardless of the number of carriage returns or actual visual lines. We do not charge extra for bold, underlines, capitalization, etc. Chart Dynamics believes in open and clear service pricing.

Service Options Defined::

Global 4 Hour STAT: Transcription jobs submitted shall be processed and completed text files made available to the customer within 4 hours of the time of the job submittal. The job shall be processed by the best available resources which may be located in the United States or in any other location where Chart Dynamics has transcription resources.

Global Next Morning Service: Transcription jobs submitted by 6:00 PM local time shall be processed by transcriptioninsts and completed text files shall be made available to the customer by 9:00 AM the next business day. The job shall be processed by the best available resource which may be located in the United States or in any other location where Chart Dynamics has transcription resources.

Global 3 Day Service: Transcription jobs submitted by 6:00 PM local time shall be processed and completed text files made available to the customer by 6:00 PM local time on the 4th day following the job submittal. The job shall be processed by the best available resource which may be located in the United States or in any other location where Chart Dynamics has transcription resources.

US 4 Hour STAT: Transcription jobs submittedshall be processed by transcriptionists in the United States and completed text files shall be made available to the customer within 4 hours of the time of the job submittal.

US Next Day Service: Transcription jobs submitted by 6:00 PM local time shall be processed by transcriptionists in the United States and completed text files shall be made available to the customer by 6:00 PM local time the next business day.

US 3 Day Service: Transcription jobs submitted by 6:00 PM local time shall be processed by transcriptionists in the United States and completed text files shall be made available to the customer by 6 PM local time on the 4th day following the job submittal.
